Where do you ship?

We currently only offer shipping to the United States and Canada.

When can I receive my package?

Since we make everything in small batches we make products upon order requests to ensure the shelf life of the product. We ship and manually fulfill orders Monday through Friday, however if you need a product shipped out ASAP (even over the weekend), please let us know we would love to accommodate you. Do you test on animals?

We do not test on animals ever. In fact we love animals and have "fur-babies" of our own. We are currently in the process of getting a cruelty-free certification through Leaping Bunny and getting onto PETA's Beauty Without Bunnies program.

Are your products safe for women who are pregnant or nursing?

We strongly recommend pregnant and nursing women see their health care provider before using any new skincare products, including ours because some our products contain essential oils. This goes for anyone else with health issues and/or on medication: It's always best to consult with your doctor when introducing new skincare products. It's better to take extra precautions and be safe. You heard it from us first, folks. 

I have a lot of allergies. Are your products safe for all allergies?

This company was created because Erica (founder) suffers from severe allergies and asthma, our mission is to create safe and healthy products. However, DO NOT buy and use any of our products if you have an allergy to any of the ingredients or have any bee allergies. Complete list of ingredients are on the labels and the product description. If a reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately. You know your body best! What works for some may not work for you. Do not use our products without proper research and medical supervision. Listen to your body and be safe. 

Are your products really all natural?

All of our products are completely natural, Certified Organic, and Non-GMO.

Are your products gluten free?

Yes, all of our products are gluten free. All ingredients are listed on the back label and in the product description.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Since our products are completely natural, they do have a shelf life of up to 12 months. None of the products contain no added preservatives. To help max shelf life, please store in a cool dark place.

Why is my product a different color/texture then expected?

Every batch is different since it is all natural products, it may vary slightly in color. Due to temperature change your product may end up a little harder or softer.
